US Samples and Client Experience Coordinator

About Source One Global We're a fast-growing global supply chain company that sources anything, from anywhere, for anyone. Our team is lean, driven, and spread across the globe. Now we're building our Miami presence, and we need someone on the ground to make it happen. The Role You'll be the person who receives, organizes, and ships out product samples to our clients. You'll also be the friendly, responsive voice keeping clients in the loop throughout the sample process. It's hands-on, client-facing, and genuinely important — every sample you send out is a step toward a deal getting closed. What You'll Do Receive and log incoming product samples at our Miami office Label, organize, and prepare samples for dispatch to US clients and customers Coordinate with couriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL) for pickups and deliveries Keep clients updated on their samples — proactive, clear, and on time Follow up with clients on sample feedback and relay it to our product team Maintain a sample tracker so nothing falls through the cracks Coordinate with our team in the Philippines on incoming shipment timelines Support our COO with Miami office operations as the team grows What We're Looking For Must-haves You're based in or near Miami and can commute to the office Monday–Friday You write and speak English clearly and professionally — clients will hear from you directly You're organized and detail-oriented — managing multiple samples, clients, and shipments at once doesn't stress you out You're comfortable with hands-on work: opening boxes, labeling, packing, shipping You're proactive — you don't wait to be told; you follow up and keep things moving Nice-to-haves Experience in logistics, operations, customer service, or sample coordination Familiarity with courier platforms and shipping paperwork Experience working with international teams Background in supply chain, consumer goods, or product-based businesses Why Join Source One?
