Job DescriptionAssist the Superintendent in coordinating and supervising all on-site construction activities.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.Inspect work progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.Assist in resolving any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports.Support the Superintendent in ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns proactively. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Superintendent should have:Previous experience in the construction industry, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.Proficiency in project management tools and software is a plus.Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing challenges on-site.
