Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)A leading acute care hospital in Las Vegas is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join its anesthesia team. This role supports a wide range of surgical services in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment, working collaboratively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.Key Responsibilities:Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC) in accordance with established protocolsPerform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments, including patient history and risk evaluationContinuously monitor patients during procedures and respond to changes in conditionCommunicate effectively with anesthesiologists and surgical teams throughout proceduresConduct post-anesthesia evaluations and ensure safe patient recoveryAccurately document anesthesia plans, intraoperative events, and post-operative outcomesParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to hospital safety standardsQualifications:Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program, including completion of a CRNA programActive Nevada license as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)Certification by the National Board of Certification & Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)Current ACLS certification through the American Heart AssociationAdditional Requirements:Post-Master's certification from a COA-accredited Nurse Anesthesia Educational ProgramPediatric anesthesia experience preferred but not requiredAbility to work in a high-acuity, fast-paced hospital settingStrong clinical judgment and critical thinking skillsSchedule & Environment:Full-time hospital-based roleFlexible scheduling options (day shifts, rotating shifts, and/or call depending on department needs)Collaborative, team-oriented surgical environmentWhy Join:Work across diverse surgical cases in a respected hospital settingSupportive, multidisciplinary teamOpportunities for professional growth and continued education
