Global Workforce Program Manager

Regional Programme LeadLocation: Wayne, NJ | Hybrid – 3 days onsiteDuration: 6 months contract, possible extensionPay: $90–$110/hr on W2, no benefitsThe role will partner with internal stakeholders, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), suppliers and procurement teams to deliver effective programme operations and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day programme operations and oversee MSP performance.Support programme expansion, implementation and process improvements.Partner with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve user experience.Develop and deliver training, communications and change management initiatives.Manage supplier relationships, performance and escalations.Drive transformation, digital adoption and operational efficiency.Support crisis/incident management and ensure business continuity.Work across global, multicultural teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.Required Qualifications6+ years of experience managing global Contingent Labour or Travel programmes.Strong MSP, supplier and stakeholder management experience.Experience with VMS platforms such as Fieldglass or Beeline preferred.Strong communication, change management and problem-solving skills.Experience working in complex, international environments.Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.Ability to work 3 days onsite in Wayne, NJ.Must have own laptop with basic Microsoft 365 software (BYOD).
