What You Will Do:The Warehouse Clerk will participate in all warehouse activities and receive and process stock according to standard operating procedures.Receiving product and materials in using company ERP systemPicking parts for production needsAssist with inventory counts and planning. Help drive compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals. Provide recommendations on process improvements and assist with implementation. Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse. What You Bring:High school diplomaERP System experience (i.e., SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, PLEX)At least two years of previous warehouse experience. Forklift certification and truck driving experience preferred. Solution focused and process improvement driven. Proven ability to develop relationships with internal partners. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Lean / Continuous Improvement experience preferred. Physical Requirements For Manufacturing Production EmployeesStanding: Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8-12 hours per shift). Walking: Frequent walking throughout the production floor. Lifting and Carrying:Regularly lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds. Occasionally lift heavier items (up to 75 pounds) with assistance or equipment. Pushing and Pulling: Use of manual or mechanical means to push/pull carts, equipment, or materials. Repetitive Motions: Frequent use of hands and wrists for repetitive tasks (e.g., assembling, sorting, packaging). Manual Dexterity: Good hand-eye coordination and the ability to handle small parts or tools. Climbing: Occasional use of ladders or steps to reach equipment or storage areas. Visual and Hearing Requirements:Sufficient vision (with or without correction) to read labels, safety signs, and equipment gauges. Adequate hearing (with or without aids) to respond to alarms and verbal instructions in a noisy environment. Environmental Tolerance:Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot, cold, or humid conditions). Exposure to noise, dust, odors, and manufacturing chemicals. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
