Construction SuperintendentPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for ground-up and tenant-improvement projects across QSR and retail portfolios. The Superintendent will be responsible for onsite supervision, schedule and budget management, quality control, and safety compliance to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships. If you are looking to level up your game or looking for a culture change, please apply!Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise day-to-day field operations for ground-up and tenant-improvement (T.I.) projects, with a focus on QSR and retail scopes.Develop, maintain and drive project schedules; coordinate subcontractors, inspections and procurement to meet milestone dates.Enforce site safety programs and OSHA requirements; conduct regular safety meetings and ensure all personnel follow safe work practices.Manage quality control and workmanship; verify work meets contract documents, plans and specifications and perform punch-list inspections.Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and change orders; communicate scope and coordination requirements to trades.Monitor project costs, track labor and materials, identify cost-saving opportunities, and assist project management with forecasting and change order documentation.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers and local authorities to facilitate inspections and approvals and resolve field issues promptly.Supervise, mentor and evaluate onsite personnel and subcontractors; enforce company standards, productivity expectations and schedule adherence.Prepare and submit daily reports, weekly progress updates and documentation in project management systems (Procore experience a plus).Ensure proper site protection, logistics and neighbor relations for retail and QSR environments, including off-hours work and traffic control when required.Qualifications5+ years of Superintendent experience with proven success on ground-up and tenant-improvement (T.I.) projects, specifically in QSR and retail environments (required).Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, schedules and subcontractor teams simultaneously.Strong technical knowledge of construction means and methods, ability to read plans/specs and manage quality control.Experience enforcing safety programs and OSHA standards; OSHA-30 certification preferred.Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget and managing change orders and forecasts.Excellent communication, leadership and conflict-resolution skills; able to represent the company with owners, architects and inspectors.Proficiency with construction management software (Procore experience preferred) and standard office tools.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation; ability to work onsite and travel between projects as required.Nice-to-have: Commercial construction and healthcare project experience, big-box and Class A office building experience, and additional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) or trade background.BenefitsCompensation Dependent upon experience. $110k-$175k+plansFlexible small company atmosphereGreat opportunity for growthMedical w/ Dental & Vision optionsVacationHolidays401(k) Email Your Resume In Word ToRicardo.Galvan@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
