Plaintiff Employment Litigation AttorneyA leading nationwide plaintiff firm is looking to add an Employment Litigation Attorney to its growing practice. This is a fully remote role for candidates based in DC, offering the chance to work on impactful cases that challenge workplace injustice and drive meaningful change.What You’ll Do:Represent employees in complex litigation matters including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage & hour, and wrongful terminationManage cases from intake through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparationDraft pleadings, motions, and legal strategy with a sharp, plaintiff-focused lensCollaborate with a high-performing litigation team on high-stakes, often class and PAGA-style mattersEngage directly with clients and help shape case narratives that actually matterWhat You Bring:2+ years of litigation experience, ideally in employment law (plaintiff-side strongly preferred)Licensed and in good standingComfortable owning cases and moving them forward without hand-holdingSalary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $200,000 annually.
