Position Overview:ThinkTrends is looking for a Senior Program Manager with strong technical depthand federal healthcare experience to lead and manage strategic programs. The ideal candidate will have direct experience working with NIH and/or HHS environmentscombined with the ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs aligned with enterprise AI initiatives. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple projects within a program, ensuring alignment with company strategy and priorities. Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as product, engineering, operations, marketing, and leadership. Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Manage stakeholder communication, including regular reporting to senior leadership. Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across programs. Oversee resource allocation and optimize team productivity. Define KPIs and performance metrics to track program success.? Support organizational change management related to program initiatives. Required Qualifications:Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Minimum 12 years of total professional experience, with significant experience in program or project management At least 3 years of direct experience working with NIH and/or HHS (mandatory) Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) Demonstrated technical depth in cloud ecosystems, AI/ML architectures, and open-source frameworks, with the ability to engage effectively with engineering teams Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Preferred Skills:Working knowledge or exposure to AI/ML concepts, platforms, or implementations (good to have)Experience with program management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project) Certification such as PMP is valuable Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities Experience working in fast-paced or global environments What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits Flexible hybrid work environment Fast-paced, inclusive team culture focused on innovation and growth Leadership opportunities in emerging AI and software innovation spaces
