From revitalizing a struggling market, to covering during transitions, to seizing a business opportunity, you'll own the sales playbook wherever you go.What You'll Be MasteringTravel regularly across assigned properties to provide on‐site sales leadershipAnalyze competitive landscapes and uncover market opportunities in each locationExecute sales strategies that align with brand, DOS, and market demandPursuing new business opportunities and expanding key account partnershipsLead impactful client calls, presentations, and site tours to close revenue‐driving dealsEnsure continuity of sales systems and brand standards across propertiesDelivering measurable sales results, leaving each property in a stronger position than when you arrivedAre You the Next Visionary....Experience & Education3+ years of hotel group sales (Catering sales experience a plus), with a proven track record in diverse marketsAbility and willingness to travel 90% (multi‐state assignments)Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or sales (or equivalent experience)Adaptability, resilience, and strong sales acumen in fast‐changing environmentsCommunicationFlawless command over verbal and written communication, tailoring your message to dazzle and engage clientsMultilingual talents are celebrated but not requiredPhysicalComfortable in a dynamic environment; whether anchoring at your desk or navigating the propertyAbility to handle the occasional lift of a laptop or sales file, twist, or turn with ease.
