You possess superb computer skills and strong proficiency with MS-Office, especially MS- Word.What You’ll DoAs the HR Associate, you will support the office with administration tasks. This will include, but is not limited to, candidate reference checks, compliance, maintaining and managing all candidate files (data entry, recording communications and scanning) as well as, general correspondence and follow up with candidates. You will coordinate candidate assessments, maintain daily order tracking, and update the company’s applicant tracking system. As the HR Associate, you will provide backup to the Operations Manager including payroll entry, candidate degree verifications, and creating weekly candidate mailings.Who We AreInnovative Talent Solutions is an established firm with over 20 years of combined experience in the staffing industry.
