Job Details:ChemistGlobal Pharmaceutical Consumer Product CompanySummit, NJLong Term, Ongoing ContractPay up to around $28/hrA degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related Scientific/Engineering discipline is required.Job Requirements :Would be a plus if the candidate had experience in lab scale batching and formulation of baby care, skin care, and oral care products , solid dose, oral dose products.Proficient with laboratory Standard Operating Procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).Plus to be Proficient with the use of basic lab instrumentation skills like Viscometer, pH Meter, hplc, gc, uv-vis, spectrometer, water testing, analytical chemistry, raw material qualification/characterization, etc.Skilled in technical documentation including writing scientific reports.Proficient in Microsoft Office and excellent verbal and written skillsPreferably 6 mos to 1 year experience in care products company formulating Emulsions and Cleansers and at minimum, the candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Science/Engineering.Exp can be professional or academicExp with pharmaceutical products, cosmetics, consumer products, caplets, tablets, pill press, etc. is a huge plusOpen to entry level and will trainAbility to work cross-functionally in a team environment while being an individual contributor is required and experience managing multiple projects is required.Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or Chemical EngineeringResponsibilitiesQualification of suppliersEnsure impurities are manageable.
