Position :Data & Practice LeadLocation : NJDuration : Full TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Data & Practice Lead with deep expertise in the Banking & Financial Services domain who can build, scale, and drive go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our Data & Analytics practice.This is a high-impact leadership role combining domain expertise, client engagement, solutioning, and revenue ownership. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, lead practice growth, and drive data-led transformation initiatives across banking ecosystems.Key ResponsibilitiesPractice Leadership & GrowthBuild and scale the Banking Data & Analytics practice, including offerings, frameworks, and reusable assets Define practice vision, GTM strategy, and growth roadmap Lead capability development across data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, and reporting Mentor and grow high-performing consulting and delivery teams Go-To-Market (GTM) & Business DevelopmentOwn and drive GTM strategy for Banking Data & Analytics solutions Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and accounts Lead client conversations, proposals, RFPs, and solutioning Drive revenue growth, pipeline creation, and deal closures Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to position differentiated offerings Banking Domain ExpertiseProvide subject-matter expertise across: Payments, Treasury & Cash Management Lending & Credit Risk Trade Finance & Capital Markets Regulatory & Compliance (KYC/AML, Basel, etc.) Translate banking business challenges into data-driven solutions Guide clients on data modernization and digital transformation journeys Data & Analytics StrategyDefine enterprise data strategies, governance models, and architectures Lead initiatives across: Data platforms (cloud, lakehouse, warehouse) Advanced analytics, AI/ML, GenAI use cases Reporting, BI, and real-time insights Drive data monetization and business value realization Client & Stakeholder ManagementBuild and manage relationships with CXOs, Data Leaders, and Business Heads Act as a trusted advisor, influencing strategic decisions Lead executive presentations, business cases, and transformation roadmaps Required Qualifications12–18+ years of experience in Banking / Financial Services consulting or data roles Strong experience in Data & Analytics, AI/ML, or Data Platforms Proven track record in GTM, business development, or revenue ownership Deep understanding of banking products and operations Experience leading large-scale transformation or data programs Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills Preferred QualificationsExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data stacks Prior experience in consulting firms (Big 4 or similar) Exposure to data monetization, GenAI, and digital banking transformation Best Regards,Deepak GuliaSr. Talent Acquisition-USA
