Our client, a fast-growing wealth management firm, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the backbone of a high-performing recruiting function.Location: New York, NY (Midtown)Hours: Full-timeOffice Policy: HybridCompensation: $25-35+/hour DOE, temp-to-permKey ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule a high volume of interviews across multiple teams and time zones, including complex executive-level schedulingManage candidate logistics end-to-end, including booking travel and ensuring a seamless interview experienceTrack, reconcile, and process invoices from external search firms and recruiting vendorsMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the applicant tracking systemPartner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure efficient interview processes and timely communicationSupport background check coordination as trust and scope increaseHandle sensitive candidate and company information with the highest level of confidentialityIdeal Background1–4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, or executive supportPrior experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or Executive Assistant supporting a high-volume, fast-paced teamProven ability to manage competing priorities and high-pressure situations with strong attention to detailExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsSound judgment and discretion when handling confidential informationComfortable working occasional hours outside of standard business hours as needed
