You'll bridge the gap between complex AI capabilities and intuitive user experiences, working across the entire stack to ship reliable, high-impact features.What You’ll Do Develop and maintain intuitive front-end interfaces (web dashboards, control panels) that manage complex AI agent workflows Build robust back-end services handling API integrations, agent orchestration, and system scalability Collaborate with AI teams to translate RL planners and models into efficient, production-ready services Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable engineering solutions Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, documentation, and modern DevOps practices Provide ongoing support and iteration for deployed engineering solutionsWhat We’re Looking ForRequiredBachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant technical fieldStrong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Next.js)Solid backend experience with Python or Go, and designing RESTful APIs / microservicesStrong problem-solving abilities and a passion for building scalable, high-impact systemsExcellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts and understand business needsAbility to quickly navigate and understand complex engineering ecosystemsBonus PointsExperience with orchestration tools, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Experience building tools for AI/ML workflows or developer platformsFamiliarity with real-time systems and event-driven architecturesWho You AreYou're a versatile engineer who cares deeply about user experience and code quality.
