Job Description Job Summary: Provide high-quality imaging services by performing diagnostic X-ray procedures in compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols. Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process while maintaining equipment functionality. Responsibilities: Operate and troubleshoot a variety of imaging equipment to produce accurate diagnostic images. Prepare and position patients appropriately, ensuring their comfort and safety during procedures. Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Monitor and assess patient responses, making adjustments as needed to optimize image quality. Document procedures thoroughly and communicate findings to healthcare team members. Follow all federal, state, and professional guidelines to ensure compliance and safety. Qualifications: Possess 1-3 years of experience as an X-Ray Technician. Demonstrate proficiency with various imaging equipment setups, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Hold current NJ State RT License and ARRT certification. Possess BLS certification and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Be a graduate of an accredited radiography program with a strong understanding of clinical practices and healthcare informatics.
