This role requires a detail oriented, friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a moderate to high volume of inbound calls while supporting front-desk and administrative functions.Key Responsibilities:Answer and route 10–60+ inbound calls per day in a courteous and detail oriented mannerGreet visitors, clients, and vendors; manage front desk coverageProvide accurate information, resolve basic inquiries, and direct calls appropriatelySchedule appointments and maintain calendars as neededPerform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, scanning, and mail distributionMaintain a clean, organized reception and common areaCommunicate professionally with internal teams and external customersHandle confidential information with discretionSupport additional office or customer service functions as assigned
