A very well-regarded private practice of two pediatric neurosurgeons and one adult neurosurgeon in the Mid-Atlantic is interested in hiring a third pediatric neurosurgeon due to growing case volumes. The new neurosurgeon will walk into a very collaborative group offering mentorship for younger neurosurgeons and immediate volume. The practice covers several top-tier hospitals in its state. Interests in pediatric epilepsy, neuro-oncology, craniofacial, hydrocephalus and general pediatric neurosurgery will be well supported.For a complete understanding of this opportunity, and what will be required to be a successful applicant, read on.Practice Highlights:Case mix of 50% pediatric neurosurgery and 50% adult to startFirst year volumes expected to be 125-150 cases and 200+ once establishedVariety of pediatric neurosurgery interests can be supported including tumors, epilepsy, spine, hydrocephalus, craniofacial and general pediatric neurosurgery.
