The role will be to provide customers test & certification services in the payment industry. We work with an international team located worldwide (Taiwan, France, India, Japan, Canada).ACTIVITIES:Method / productionPerform test sessions in compliance with related Quality Assurance PlanAnalyze test data and resultsWrite test reports and continuously improve towards minimizing detected issues during reviewsUnderstand tests purpose in regard of customer needs and specificities within testing scopeWrite technical documentation and participate in building the internal knowledge baseProvide technical consulting / debug services to customers (remote or at customer premises)Provide technical support internallyQuality:Ensure high quality of service at any timeEnsure the quality process is appliedIncrease skills range and ensure the maintenance of the acquired skillsMake suggestions for improvementsCollect and distribute customers feedbacks.Communication:Be the technical contact for the customerAttend suggested internal trainingsActively participate in sharing technical knowledge with colleaguesJOB EXPERIENCEExperience in a Testing related role is a plus but we are also happy to consider fresh graduatesEMV L1 testing knowledge as an assetKNOWLEDGE & SKILLSCompleted studies in Associate degree in Electrical/Electronics background.Knowledge on development languages and on electronics and electric processes.Fluency in English.Contract: PermanentStarting date: As soon as possible.Work Location: San Jose, USA
