Site/Civil Engineer

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Site/Civil Senior Staff Engineer to support land development projects throughout New Jersey and New York. This role involves a mix of design, permitting, and field inspection responsibilities, working closely with engineers, surveyors, and project managers.ResponsibilitiesPrepare project deliverables including AutoCAD drawings, engineering calculations, reports, and specificationsAssist in the design of site/civil projects, including land development, stormwater management, utility design, and roadway designSupport permit applications and approvals with local agenciesPerform construction administration tasks and coordinate with internal teamsConduct site inspections, including contract conformance, SWPPP inspections, and existing conditions assessmentsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support project executionRequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering4-10 years of experience in site/civil engineering and land developmentProficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3DFamiliarity with NJDEP stormwater regulations and local ordinancesUnderstanding of permitting processes in NJ (NYC experience is a plus)Strong communication and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsEIT or PE license (NJ and/or NY) or on track to obtainExperience working on projects from concept through constructionCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $100,000 - $150,000 per year (depending on experience)Bonus potentialHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) 3% contribution Paid time off and holidaysProfessional development and tution reimbursmentcob2Salary/Rate:US$100,000 - US$150,000 per annumJob Type:HybridContract Type:PermanentTown/City:Middlesex, NJCounty:New JerseySector:Construction & DevelopmentJob ref:JN -032026-85021_1774377516Post Date:03. 24. 2026
