Hyperscale Sales Director

Ogmint Technical Services is a Provider of Niche professionals across the Energy Industry. We are currently seeking a Head of Hyperscale Partnerships for a large Energy and AI Campus.About The RoleThis role is responsible for originating, negotiating, and closing long-term strategic partnerships with hyperscalers. This role offers the opportunity to help shape one of the largest emerging AI infrastructure platforms in North America. The successful candidate will play a central role in connecting next-generation power infrastructure with the rapidly growing global demand for AI compute capacity.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company’s hyperscaler and AI tenant acquisition strategy.Identify, originate, and close strategic leasing and infrastructure agreements.Build executive-level relationships with decision makers across the market.Lead commercial negotiations.Coordinate closely with internal teams across: energy infrastructure, development, finance, legal, and operations.Represent the company at major industry conferences, infrastructure forums, and AI ecosystem events.Provide market intelligence regarding: hyperscale demand trends, AI compute growth, power availability constraints, and competitive positioning.Help shape product offerings and campus designs based on customer requirements.Qualifications RequiredProven track record closing large enterprise infrastructure agreements.Existing executive relationships within major cloud, AI, or hyperscale organizations.Strong understanding of: data center economics, power procurement, AI infrastructure demand, and hyperscale deployment models.Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with Fortune 500 or equivalent counterparties.Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.PreferredExperience with 50MW+ or 100MW+ data center deployments.Experience working with: hyperscalers, GPU cloud providers, AI labs, or large colocation providers.Background in infrastructure finance or project development.Ogmint Technical Services is a Provider of Niche professionals across the Energy Industry.
