Interior Landscaping Service Manager
Dr. Delphinium is seeking an organized, service-minded, and people-focused leader to oversee our Green Tech Team. This leadership role is responsible for supporting and developing our Interior Landscaping Technicians while ensuring exceptional client experiences and consistent operational execution.The Interior Landscaping Service Manager serves as the direct leader of the Green Tech Team and works closely with the Operations Manager, Sales team, and other departments to ensure accounts are serviced efficiently, professionally, and to the high standards our clients expect. This role balances employee leadership, scheduling, training, operational coordination, and customer support.The ideal candidate is highly organized, calm under pressure, collaborative, and passionate about both people development and horticultural excellence. This person leads by example, supports accountability, and helps create a positive, solutions-oriented team culture.RESPONSIBILITIESTeam Leadership & Employee DevelopmentLead, support, and manage the Green Tech TeamCreate and manage technician schedules, routes, and workload distributionProvide onboarding, training, coaching, and ongoing employee developmentConduct regular ride-alongs and field evaluations to ensure service quality and consistencyPerform quality assurance reporting to ensure standards are being metFoster accountability, teamwork, and professional growth within the departmentAssist with hiring and performance management as neededOperations & Service ManagementEnsure interior plant maintenance and installations are completed efficiently and to company standardsMonitor plant quality, service consistency, and client satisfaction across all accountsHelp technicians prioritize routes and improve service efficiencyAssist in resolving customer concerns, service issues, and operational challengesMaintain clear communication regarding scheduling changes, staffing needs, and service prioritiesSupport inventory coordination and operational planning when neededCross-Department CollaborationWork closely with the Corporate Sales Manager on new installations, account transitions, customer requests, and design updatesCollaborate with the Operations Support Manager to align staffing, scheduling, and operational goalsCoordinate with multiple departments to ensure a seamless customer experienceCommunicate customer feedback, operational concerns, and service opportunities proactivelyCustomer ExperienceSupport technicians in delivering thoughtful, professional, and reliable serviceBuild and maintain strong client relationships through responsiveness and accountabilityEnsure technicians represent Dr. Delphinium professionally at all client locationsHelp maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfactionRequirementsPrevious leadership or supervisory experience preferredMinimum 3 years of interior plant care, horticulture, or service-industry experience preferredStrong customer-service mentality with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational, scheduling, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to coach, motivate, and develop employeesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCalm, tactful, and professional when handling difficult situationsStrong understanding of interior plant care and maintenance practicesExcellent driving record meeting insurance requirementsProficient with technology, scheduling systems, and communication toolsMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Tobacco-free workplace; adherence to company policy required during working hoursMust pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
