Responsibilities:
Analyze part prints, manufacturing operation sheets, and NX part models to develop and modify Numerical Control (NC) programs for various 2, 3, 4, and 5 axis machine tools.
Utilize NX CAD/CAM graphical system and Turbosoft + airfoil programming software for program development.
Provide machining and development teams with expertise on potential machining challenges and their impact on surface properties.
Required Qualification:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in engineering, manufacturing, technical, or related industrial fields
5+ years of experience in programming 2 - 5 axis machine tools using Unigraphics and Vericut CAD/CAM software systems.
Proficiency in CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) languages, machining techniques, and machine tool capabilities for effective program design.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
