Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. This part-time role, beginning August 2026 and concluding in May 2027, focuses on delivering high-quality speech and language services to a diverse caseload of Pre K through 8th-grade students.As a key member of the educational team, you'll play an essential role in supporting students' communication development and academic success. Collaborate with dedicated professionals and make a meaningful impact each week while enjoying a flexible, part-time schedule of 16-24 hours per week.Qualifications & Experience:Master's degree in Speech-Language PathologyValid SLP state licensure (ASHA CCCs preferred)Prior experience working with school-aged children, ideally in a Pre K-8 school settingStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and provide direct servicesPassion for empowering and supporting students of all abilitiesKey Responsibilities:Provide onsite evaluation, diagnosis, and individualized therapy for students identified with speech and language needsDevelop and implement treatment plans and IEP goals in collaboration with teachers and familiesMaintain detailed and compliant documentationParticipate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to student progress reviewsOffer consultation and resources to educational staff and parentsEnjoy the opportunity to work with a dynamic caseload and foster growth in each child you serve.
