Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Upkeep Med Spa is seeking a licensed Cosmetic Nurse Practitioner to work in our fast-growing, award-winning and state of the art practice. Prefer 3 years+ experience in Aesthetic Dermatology, Med Spa and/or Plastic Surgery in an office-based setting. Candidate must be team-oriented, hard-working and caring with a passion for aesthetics. The provider will see patients 5 days/week for Cosmetic procedures including lasers, injectables, and consultations. Attractive compensation and benefits package.
Must have med spa experience or aesthetics experience. no exceptions
General Job Responsibilities:
· Evaluates patient/client needs to recommend appropriate skincare products and services during the consultation
· Performs in-depth interview sessions with patient/clients reviewing the risks and benefits, obtaining signed consents for procedures, including medical history and skin consultation and evaluation
· Performs neurotoxin and filler injections according to accepted standards of practice and completing the medspa competency with the Clinical Manager
· Maintains accurate documentation of treatment in all patient/client medical records
· Assists the Medical Director as directed
· Assists with maintaining an appropriate inventory and notifies management when the inventory is low or needs to be ordered
· Assists to unpack and store orders appropriately
· Provides information and education for inquiries about all med spa products and services offered
· Maintains a professional neat appearance individually and adheres to approved dress code by the General Manager
· Ensures that all work/treatment areas are clean and neat
· Attends and provides input at all regular team meetings
· Assists with marketing, including events and any other promotions
· Attends continuing education as requested by management
· Maintains patient/client confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and company policy
· Maintains a high level of integrity with a strong ethical foundation
· Successfully completed med spa competencies related to each applicable service
· Maintains current license(s) in good standing and provides updated copies when renewed to management

· Must have strong oral and written communication skills, be highly organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision
