Location: New York Compensation: $275,000 $375,000 annually Employment Type: Full-Time ️ Oncologist Multidisciplinary Outpatient & Procedural Care We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oncologist to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary cancer care team. This role offers the opportunity to diagnose, treat, and manage patients across medical, surgical, and radiation oncology while delivering patient-centered care in a supportive outpatient environment.This position is ideal for Oncologists seeking autonomy, professional growth, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on patients and families. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients, explain cancer diagnoses and staging, and discuss treatment optionsDevelop and coordinate individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy and immunotherapyLead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary cancer care teamManage treatment side effects and provide symptom and pain managementPerform or coordinate radiation therapy and surgical interventions as appropriateMaintain accurate medical records, prescriptions, and treatment documentationEducate patients and families on disease course, treatments, and care plans Qualifications Required MD or DOCompletion of accredited residency and fellowship training in OncologyActive state medical license and board certification/eligibilityStrong clinical expertise across cancer treatment modalities Skills & Competencies Compassionate, patient-centered approachStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilitiesProficiency with oncology-related medical equipment and technologies Why Join?
