Chief AI Infrastructure Expert / Senior Data Center Construction Manager

Job OverviewAs a leading NASDAQ-listed technology company, we are expanding our global AI computing footprint. We are seeking a forward-thinking AI Data Center Construction Expert to design, plan, and deliver next-generation high-density computing centers.In this role, you will lead the entire process—from site selection and power supply planning to liquid cooling design and the deployment of multi-million dollar GPU clusters. Your work will ensure our infrastructure can support the peak performance of H100/H200 and next-generation GB200 chips.Key Responsibilities:Architectural Design & Planning: Responsible for the overall architectural design of high-density AI data centers, specifically addressing power supply and cooling challenges for 30kW–100kW+ per rack.Cutting-Edge Cooling Application: Lead the evaluation and implementation of Direct-to-Chip Liquid Cooling (DLC) or Immersion Cooling solutions to optimize PUE and meet sustainability goals.Power & Energy Management: Plan and optimize power distribution systems for large-scale clusters, manage UPS and backup generators, and research the integration of distributed energy (e.g., gas power, microgrids) into computing centers.Full Lifecycle Project Management: Lead the entire process from site selection, civil engineering, and mechanical/electrical installation to final acceptance and production, strictly controlling budget, schedule, and quality.Supply Chain & Vendor Management: Engage deeply with North American infrastructure vendors to ensure core hardware and infrastructure are perfectly matched. Compliance & Safety: Ensure infrastructure complies with Uptime Tier III/IV standards and public company requirements (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001).QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.Experience:10+ years of experience in Hyperscale data center construction.At least 2+ years of specific experience in AI/HPC (High-Performance Computing) facility construction, with familiarity in NVIDIA HGX/MGX architecture deployment.Core Technical Skills:Proficiency in power topology design for high-density racks.Deep understanding of liquid cooling system design and O&M (CDUs, secondary-side piping).Familiarity with the specific cabling environment requirements for InfiniBand and RoCEv2 high-speed networks.Soft Skills: Excellent cross-departmental communication; able to work in a fast-paced, high-transparency environment; possesses strong crisis management skills.Preferred Skills Experience with Off-grid Power or using natural gas wellhead power for mining/computing centers is highly preferred.Uptime Institute ATD/ATS certification or a Professional Engineer (PE) license.Experience in overseas data center construction and team management. Why Join UsWork with Cutting-Edge Tech: Directly participate in building the infrastructure that powers the world's top AI models.Capital Market Support: As a public company, we offer highly competitive salaries, quarterly bonuses, and RSUs (Restricted Stock Units).Industry Impact: Establish a major professional milestone in the field of AI infrastructure.Job Location: Atlanta area, Georgia USCategory: Infrastructure / Hardware Engineering / Data Center Operations Reporting to: CTO
