Job Description Industrial Maintenance Technician-Day ShiftDiversified Sourcing Solutions is looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform Industrial Maintenance in a manufacturing environment. Responsible for installation, support, maintenance and repair of such equipment.Basic duties of the Maintenance TechnicianInstall, repair, replace, adjust, and align equipment and its components.Test-run repaired machines to verify adequacy of repairs.Examine parts for defects, such as breakage or excessive wear.480 V ElectricalDisassemble equipment to remove parts and make repairs.Troubleshoot equipment based on program flow.PLC troubleshooting a plusElectrical Power DistributionDigital multi-meterMachine calibrationRequirements of the Maintenance TechnicianManufacturing equipment troubleshooting and repair of electro mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using machine drawings and schematicsExperience with steam boilers, process water pumps, and compressed air systemsFabrication experience using mill, lathe, pipe threading, welding, and low pressure pipe weldingFacility maintenance including plumbing, drywall repair, painting, and overhead roll up door repairKnowledge of NEC, including the ability to install EMT conduitExperience with CMMS systems for electronic work orders and spare parts inventory managementAbility to safely operate a forklift, scissor lift, and overhead hoistsExperience with LOTO, machine guarding, fall protection, hot work permits, and arc flash safetyOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification is a plusSchedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pmCompensation of the Maintenance TechnicianPay Rate: $24 to $29 per hourIf you meet the qualifications of this position, please apply today.Diversified Sourcing Solutions is a national search firm that places top candidates with our top customers.
