Lead Front Office Operator (Team Lead Role)

We are looking for someone who people rely on to keep things running. Do you like being engaged, staying organized, and making an impact?  If so, you will probably enjoy this position. This is very different from your traditional front desk or receptionist position. You’ll be leading the front office in real time, a Leader. That looks like keeping the day on track, guiding the team, and making sure patients have a great experience. If you’ve been a lead, supervisor, or manager and you’re the person this might be the role for you. Daily Responsibilities: Run the front office during patient hoursKeep the schedule full and on trackGuide and direct front desk team membersSolve problems as they happenHelp patients stay consistent with careKeep the energy of the office positive and organizedWe call this role internally: “Boss of Today.”You lead during the day:Team directionFlow of the officeReal-time decisionsSchedule: Patient days are full and fast-paced, so we focus your time where it matters most.
