Senior Infrastructure Engineer As a senior infrastructure engineer, you'll be: Architecting, implementing and rolling out large-scale infrastructure projects independently. Helping define technical roadmap, speaking directly with customers, iterating quickly. Working directly with founders daily to improve reliability and scale our infrastructure. Designing and maintaining Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure. Ensuring high availability, security, and performance of our systems. You'll be successful in this role if you Have experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, GCP, Terraform, Prometheus, CI/CD, etc. Are a relentlessly resourceful engineer with experience building real-world infrastructure, with a high bar for quality. If you've personally built something people use, years of experience is basically irrelevant. Can go from 0 to 1 building scalable infrastructure solutions. Love tackling extremely difficult problems. Enjoy learning and working in a very fast-paced environment. Work well on a small team. Bonus points: Experience working with Python, Celery, Flask, and Gunicorn Prior experience as a founder or founding engineer. Note: This role will focus heavily on infrastructure and DevOps but will still touch the full stack regularly.
