RN Surgery (OR) LeadThis is a full-time, benefitted position as a Lead OR RN over the ENT service line. The shift is a 10 hour day shift. It is located at Scripps Green in Torrey Pines La Jolla. Call and some weekends are required. The Lead OR RN role is responsible for the management and coordination of patient care within the Care Unit on a per shift basis. This is accomplished through implementation and integration of the nursing process, through assignment and supervision of appropriate staff and in coordination and collaboration with physicians.
