Join us to explore your potential while collaborating with a dynamic, multidisciplinary group!Your Responsibilities as a Registered NurseAs an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, your duties will include:Providing high-quality nursing care through meaningful interactions.Assisting patients in reaching their optimal physical, mental, and emotional well-being.Conducting continuous assessments of patient needs and modifying care plans as required.Offering daily clinical oversight to CNAs and LPNs.Qualifications and Licensure RequirementsA nursing diploma (either an associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing).An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the relevant state.Preferred: At least one (1) year of experience in skilled nursing.CPR certification required upon hiring or during orientation, with ongoing maintenance necessary.Essential Job QualificationsImplement and interpret departmental programs, objectives, policies, and procedures.Demonstrate exceptional customer service and maintain a positive demeanor towards patients.Apply reasoning skills and sound judgment in all circumstances.Communicate effectively and work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team.We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
