The Web Development Manager is to be responsible for leading and developing Company website and innovative, reusable Web-based tools to integrate closely with our website, line of products and support company digital marketing efforts.
This position will be a subject matter expert in best practices, standard concepts, and procedures for designing and creating innovative and interactive web applications using the latest standards, testing them on various devices, and enhancing and modifying them as necessary to ensure the best experience for the end-user.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Stays abreast of best practices, standards and industry changes in software and hardware upgrades and regularly informs manager, so that Company stays up-to-date on all platforms.

Responsibilities
· Serve as primary technical advisor to management and provide programming perspective on requirements
· Provide technical leadership & mentor members of the Development Team
· Oversee & lead all development effort of the strategic features of Company websites
· Determine and initiate opportunities to optimize the site architecture to reach SEO traffic targets
· Work with colleagues, Project Managers and Product Owners to support various marketing automation initiatives (i.e., auto-mailer, integration with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
· Work with colleagues and Project Managers to build and refine functionality for web applications
· Develop innovative, reusable Web-based tools for our line of products
· Work closely with Project Managers and other members of the Development Team to both develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines, and to ensure timely completion of deliverables
· Produce project estimates during R&D process, including expertise required, total number of people required, total number of development hours required, etc
· Convert raw images and layouts from a graphic designer into CSS/HTML 5 themes
· Determine appropriate architecture, and other technical solutions, and make relevant recommendations to R&D
· Communicate to the Project Manager with efficiency and accuracy any progress and/or delays. Engage in outside-the-box thinking to provide high value-of-service to clients
· Alert colleagues to emerging technologies or applications and the opportunities to integrate them into operations and activities
· Identify opportunities for process and tool improvements and drive those from concept to implementation
· Attend meetings during the R&D process and during development
Qualifications
· Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in written form
· 6+ years of development experience
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field or equivalent experience
· Must have strong skills in the Microsoft .NET Framework environment (including: Visual Studio, C#). Other Frameworks knowledge/experience like AngularJS, React etc. is a plus
· Strong knowledge of web & server architectures
· Strong knowledge of the browser’s DOM and understand the difference between the various browsers
· NetSuite experience highly desired
Superior knowledge of MS Office Outlook, Excel & Word
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
