We are seeking a skilled SDET / Automation Test Engineer to design, build, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Python and Robot Framework. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with QA, Development, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure high‐quality, scalable test automation solutions across UI, API, and performance testing.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Python and Robot FrameworkDevelop and execute automated test scripts for web applications across multiple browsersImplement best practices such as Page Object Model (POM), Data‐Driven, and Hybrid frameworksPerform automation feasibility analysis and identify suitable test cases for automationExecute API automation and validation, alongside UI automation where requiredConduct performance testing using tools such as JMeterIntegrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git)Analyze automation failures, perform root cause analysis, and report defects clearlyParticipate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiativesMentor junior automation engineers and contribute to process and quality improvementsRequired QualificationsStrong expertise in Robot Framework, including keywords, libraries, and custom keyword developmentProficiency in Python for automation and framework enhancementsHands‐on experience with Selenium (Python) for UI automationExperience with API testing, preferably using JMeterKnowledge of Database validation techniquesExperience with Hybrid, Data‐Driven, and POM automation frameworksFamiliarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitPreferred QualificationsExperience working in Agile / Scrum environmentsExposure to cloud‐based test execution or containerized environmentsStrong communication and collaboration skillsEqual Employment Opportunity StatementWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
