This position represents the customer’s interest in all quality related issues.ResponsibilitiesAssist accounts with creating and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)Ensure all SCL accounts SOPs are documented and maintainedPerform Internal Audits on all tasks performed by SCL associates for all SCL accountsInitiates and enforces action plans assigned to accounts found in non-complianceEnsure all internal audits are recorded, documented and filed properlyAssist accounts with improving workflow processesAssist with training associates to the SOPsParticipates in continuous improvement projects for all accountsAssist the accounts with physical inventoryPerform audits on inventoryAssist new accounts in the start-up processQualificationsEducation/ExperienceAssociate’s degree preferred, or six months of related experience.Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications, with strong emphasis on Excel data and Analysis applicationsSkills And AbilitiesAbility to read and interpret detailed documentsAbility to write technical detailed instructions, routine reports and correspondenceAbility to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organizationAbility to utilize mathematics to apply in everyday duties assignedAbility to work overtime, secondary shifts and/or holidays as neededEmployee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 poundsSaddle Creek is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
