Order Pullers Wanted Partners Personnel Lakeland is seeking order pullers to support various distribution, manufacturing, and warehouse centers across Lakeland, Auburndale, and Plant City areas. Shift and pay information: flexible scheduling options: full-time, long-term, temp-to-hire, or project-based positions available. Multiple shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts are available. Competitive starting pay: earn between $17.00 and $17.50 per hour based on shift and experience. Experience required: minimum 1-year recent experience as a material handler/warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment, including: Warehouse associate Picker/packer Material handler Order puller Strong communication, organizational, time management, and basic mathematical skills. Dependable and reliable work ethic. Additional skills such as inventory management, equipment operation certification, data entry, and computer proficiency may be required. Job responsibilities: assist in shipping and receiving tasks by unloading trucks using lift equipment and verifying merchandise. Prepare orders by processing requests and assembling orders for delivery. Pick materials, pack boxes, and arrange orders in the designated delivery area. Organize and maintain inventory by accurately recording items received or distributed using computer systems. Ensure a safe and clean work environment by following proper safety protocols and wearing the required safety equipment. Perform general warehouse duties as needed, including manual labor. Physical demands: ability to lift or move objects weighing up to 50lbs regularly. Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be required.
