Marketing Associate
About the RoleWe're hiring a Marketing Associate with a strong focus on events and brand marketing. You'll play a key role in designing and executing high-impact in-person experiences-from large-scale summits to curated investor gatherings-that generate leads, deepen relationships, and move deals forward.You'll collaborate closely with our Head of Marketing, sales team, and external partners to bring our brand to life-both in person and across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who's equal parts creative and operational-comfortable managing checklists, shaping narratives, and rolling up their sleeves to make things happen.Your Day-to-Day at YouLandEvent CoordinationOwn event follow-up workflows: Track, tag, and nurture event leads in HubSpot. Build simple systems that ensure hot leads don't go cold.Coordinate live activations: From exclusive investor salons to hands-on flipping workshops, you'll help execute events that convert. This includes managing RSVPs, prepping materials, and being on-site to ensure a smooth experience.Turn moments into momentum: Help turn successful events into digital lead magnets and nurture campaigns (recaps, email follow-ups, post-event snippets).Creative & Brand ExpressionShort-form video creation: Shoot and edit punchy, fun social videos-think house transformations, investor tips, CEO soundbites, and deal wins. You'll help bring YouLand's POV to life across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Build beautiful sales materials: Use Canva or similar tools to create pitch decks, one-pagers, brochures, and internal toolkits for the origination and capital markets teams.Support content repurposing: Help repackage key content (from events, webinars, or investor Q&As) into digestible, shareable piecesWhat Makes You a Great FitYou love building structure in chaos and spotting low-lift wins that drive results.You're scrappy and self-directed, but know how to work cross-functionally with sales, design, and leadership.You have an eye for aesthetics, strong writing chops, and can confidently shoot/edit a 30-second video that makes people stop scrolling.You want to be part of a small but mighty team building a category-defining brand in real estate finance.What We're Looking For1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales ops, community, or events (startup or fintech experience is a bonus!)Super organized, reliable, and proactive-you follow through and don't let things slipStrong writing skills and a sharp eye for aesthetics-you understand tone, visual consistency, and stay ahead of marketing and design trends to help shape a modern, compelling brand.Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Canva, Eventbrite, and Google WorkspaceBonus: experience or interest in real estate, fintech, or private creditBonus: Comfortable "speaking design"-you enjoy creating polished sales collateral and clean, on-brand decks.
