Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java-based applications.
Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices-based architectures.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in system design, technical discussions, and code reviews.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Develop secure and reusable backend components and services.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Implement best practices for coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Mentor junior developers and support team growth.

Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience in:
Java 8/11/17+
Spring Boot
Spring MVC
Spring Security
Hibernate / JPA
Expertise in:
Microservices architecture
RESTful API development
Multithreading and concurrency
Design patterns and OOP concepts
Experience with:
SQL and NoSQL databases
MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle
Messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
Good understanding of:
Docker & Kubernetes
CI/CD pipelines
Git, Maven, Gradle
Unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)
Cloud exposure:
AWS / Azure / GCP
Familiarity with:
Agile/Scrum methodologies
SonarQube, Jenkins, Nexus
API Gateway and service discovery toolsQualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of experience in Java backend development.
