Compensation $90,000 - $120,000 Responsibilities Battle-tested in criminal defense , owning cases end-to-end and relentlessly advocating for client outcomes Strategic thinker who builds winning defenses , leveraging deep legal research, evidence analysis, and proactive case development Precision-driven operator , producing sharp, persuasive motions, briefs, and filings that move cases forward Negotiates from strength , consistently driving favorable plea deals, reductions, and dismissals Courtroom-ready and composed under pressure , delivering confident arguments and decisive advocacy in hearings and trials Stays ahead of the law , tracking legal trends, statutes, and case law to outpace opposing counsel Commanding communicator , able to guide clients with clarity, confidence, and empathy while setting expectations and building trust Qualifications Experience in Criminal Law, preferably 2-3 years.
