Ventura MedStaff is actively hiringTravel Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)for8–13 week assignmentsacross hospital, long-term care (LTC), and skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings.
We are seeking nurses who areclinically confident, flexible, and ready to deploy quicklyinto fast-paced environments where roles fill rapidly.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality patient care within assigned unit (hospital, LTC, or SNF)
Adapt quickly to new clinical environments, workflows, and teams
Maintain accurate and timelyEMR documentation
Follow facility protocols, patient safety standards, and compliance guidelines
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
Minimum Qualifications2+ years of nursing experience required
Recent experience (within the last 12 months) in specialty/unit is required
ActiveRN or LPN license(compact or multi-state license strongly preferred)
AHA BLS or ACLS certification required(only AHA accepted)
Experience withEMR systems
Ability to start within3–4 weeks max
PreferredPrevioustravel nursing experience
Multiple active state licenses or compact license
Experience working infast-paced, high-demand settings
Compensation & BenefitsAverage pay range:$7,200 – $10,000/month(varies by assignment; not guaranteed, LPN may earn less)
