Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Per Diem Days - QVH

Job TitleUnder the direction of a licensed OTR, responsible for providing high quality, patient centered and comprehensive therapy including administration and documentation of treatment, communication with other members of the healthcare team and referral sources, and supervision of support personnel. May administer topical medications per treatment requirements.Job Requirementsa. Minimum Education Requirementb. Minimum Experience Requirement: On the job training is provided. Excellent customer service skills required.c. Minimum License Requirement: Current California license as a COTA. NBCOT certification. Will accept limited permit with pending board examinations providing adequate supervision is available until therapist is licensed. BLS required. Annual 2 hours of stroke education required for those working at QVH.Delivering world-class health care one patient at a time.Pay Range:$40.00 - $40.00
