In this role, you will help guide customers through the first steps of the restoration process during what can be a stressful time. Your ability to stay calm, organized, and responsive will help set the tone for their entire experience.If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being part of a team that steps in when it matters most, this could be a great fit.What You Will Do• Answer incoming calls, emails, and service requests from customers and partners• Gather and enter accurate job information into internal systems during intake• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on urgency, location, and availability• Prioritize emergency calls and coordinate rapid response when needed• Keep customers informed on scheduling, delays, and next steps• Handle customer questions, concerns, and scheduling conflicts in a professional and empathetic wayWhat We Are Looking For• 2 to 3 years of customer service, administrative, or dispatch experience preferred• Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities at once• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented• Ability to remain calm and focused in urgent or high-pressure situationsPreferred but Not Required• Previous dispatch or scheduling experience• Experience in restoration, construction, or service-based industries• Familiarity with job tracking or CRM systems• Knowledge of local service areasWhat We Offer• Paid Time Off• Medical, dental, and vision insurance• Health Savings Account (HSA)• 401(k) with company match• Company-paid life insurance• Paid training and opportunities for growth• Employee Assistance Program (EAP)• Supportive, team-focused work environmentScheduleFull-time, Monday through FridayOccasional evenings or weekends may be required based on business needs/rotating on-call schedulesSERVPRO is an Equal Opportunity Employer.All offers are contingent on a background check and drug screening where permitted by law.Compensation: $20.00 - $27.00 per hourPicture yourself here fulfilling your potentialAt SERVPRO, you can make a positive difference in people's lives each and every day!
