This role is ideal for someone who is already leveraging tools such as Coupa, SAP Ariba, and Microsoft Copilot to drive efficiency, improve workflows, and support manufacturing operations.The successful candidate will step in ready to contribute immediately and partner closely with Production, Planning, Quality, and Finance teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn day‑to‑day procurement activities for direct and indirect materialsExecute purchase orders, manage order confirmations, changes, and delivery expeditingUtilize source‑to‑pay tools (Coupa preferred) to manage suppliers, spend, and workflowsApply AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to support analytics, reporting, and process efficiencyAlign purchasing activities with production schedules and inventory requirementsMonitor and manage supplier performance; drive corrective actions as neededPartner with Finance to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure accurate cost allocationAnalyze procurement data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesIdentify and implement process improvements, including automation and workflow optimizationRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain within a manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong experience with ERP/MRP systems and data‑driven decision makingProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced operational settingReady to contribute immediately in an experienced, hands‑on roleHighly Preferred QualificationsHands‑on experience with Coupa (strongly preferred) or SAP AribaActive use of Microsoft Copilot in a procurement or supply chain environmentExperience designing, optimizing, or improving procurement workflows using AI or automationFamiliarity with source‑to‑pay platforms, supplier portals, and spend analytics toolsForward‑thinking mindset around applying AI to operational procurement challengesCandidates with a strong AI background in procurement are especially encouraged to apply.What We Offer YouCompetitive medical, dental, vision, and prescription insurance coverage401k with a company matchPTO Hours are accrued from Day 1Tuition reimbursementOpportunities for development and internal promotionsTwo minute walk to eco-friendly public transportation from rabbittransitSometimes the best jobs get missed because people think they don’t have what it takes.
