Job Title: Apache Doris Infrastructure EngineerLocation: Sunnyvale, CAEmployment Type: Contract (C2C / W2)Client: WiproCompensation:$70/hr C2CAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Apache Doris Infrastructure Engineer to join a cutting-edge engineering team focused on building scalable, distributed, and cloud-native platform solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Apache Doris, distributed systems, cloud technologies, and infrastructure engineering, with experience designing and maintaining high-performance data platforms and API-driven services.This role is ideal for engineers passionate about large-scale infrastructure, system reliability, cloud services, and modern data platform technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure solutions leveraging Apache Doris and distributed system architectures.Develop and optimize highly available software services and platform infrastructure.Architect, implement, and support API-driven services and cloud-native applications.Work with cloud platforms including AWS and GCP, utilizing cloud APIs and infrastructure services.Design, develop, and maintain distributed database and data platform solutions.Collaborate with engineering teams on system design, architecture reviews, and performance optimization.Implement reliable event-driven and messaging solutions using Apache Kafka or similar technologies.Troubleshoot infrastructure, scalability, performance, and reliability challenges across distributed environments.Contribute to software development, automation, monitoring, and platform engineering best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong hands-on experience with Apache Doris and distributed systems architecture.Solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms.Strong experience in System Design and scalable platform engineering.Experience building and integrating with Cloud APIs across AWS and GCP environments.Hands-on experience with Apache Doris and other database technologies.Experience designing and supporting highly available software services and platform infrastructure.Strong expertise in designing, building, and maintaining API-driven services.Proficiency in Python or Golang programming.Experience with event streaming and messaging platforms such as Apache Kafka or equivalent technologies.Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with cloud-native infrastructure, observability, and distributed data platforms.Familiarity with microservices, containerized environments, and scalable backend architectures.Prior experience working in enterprise or high-performance distributed environments.Additional DetailsLocation: Sunnyvale, CAClient: WiproPay Rate: $70/hr C2C | $60/hr W2
