Extensive experience is not required, but an enthusiasm and deep interest in intellectual property is.We draft and protect patents, trademarks, and copyrights for a range of companies of all different sizes. We also establish companies, trade secrets, and brands.Primary Duties will include:Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.- Compile information needed for client invoices- Create client invoices and send to clients for payment- Manage client trust accounts- Research and respond to inquiries regarding billing activity and issues- Follow-up with clients on installments and past due invoices- Input paymentsOther duties:- Answer phones and direct calls accordingly- Assist legal secretaries in their duties as needed- Assist attorneys as directed- Maintain assigned dockets and associated tasksRequirements and skills:- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)- Ability to effectively interact and communicate with attorneys, secretaries, and clients- Ability to organize work flow and use time efficiently- Strong attention to detailThe starting pay will be $14-16/hr full time.
