IT Support & Technology Project ManagerHybrid Opportunity After 90 Days | Full-TimeSalary: $80,000- $90,000OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and technically skilled professional to join our team in a hybrid role that combines IT support and technology project management.This position is ideal for someone with strong ERP experience who enjoys balancing day-to-day technical support with leading strategic system initiatives. You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across the organization while driving technology improvements, integrations, and operational efficiency.What You’ll Do IT Support (25–30%)Onboard new employees to company systems and technology platformsProvide desktop support including setup, troubleshooting, and configurationCoordinate software installations, upgrades, and license managementServe as the primary contact for day-to-day technical support issuesTechnology Project Management (70–75%)ERP & Process ImprovementLead process improvement initiatives within ERP systemsManage vendor relationships, project deliverables, and service agreementsSupport ongoing system optimization and operational efficiency initiativesSystems Integration ManagementOversee integrations between operational platforms and ERP systemsCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure data accuracy and system functionalityManage project timelines, testing, and implementation effortsTechnology Rollouts & System ImplementationsLead design, implementation, and rollout of enterprise technology solutionsDevelop project plans, track milestones, and communicate updates to leadershipCoordinate training, testing, and go-live activitiesRequired Qualifications3–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or technology project managementExperience with ERP platforms such as Karmak, SAP, Oracle, Fullbay, or similar systemsProven ability to manage complex technology projects from start to finishAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Office Suite skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organizationPreferred QualificationsDirect experience with Karmak ERPFamiliarity with Decisiv or similar fleet/service management platformsExperience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies
