In this role, you'll help business owners adopt modern, secure payment-processing solutions that support growth, efficiency, and customer success.If you're energized by a sales-driven contact center environment, enjoy consultative conversations with business customers, and want to build a career in the rapidly growing electronic payments industry, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.In this role you will:Act as a trusted advisor to business customers by:Selling a full suite of electronic payment solutions, including Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, ecommerce gateways, and mobile payment toolsEngaging pre-qualified inbound leads across multiple channels as well as warm outbound callsAssessing business needs and delivering customized merchant services proposalsEducating customers on payment security, fraud prevention, and complianceManaging the customer journey from first conversation through application, onboarding, and activationPartnering with internal Wells Fargo teams to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experienceSupporting inbound customer and prospect calls in the Merchant Services Call CenterAssisting with account setup across multiple platforms for a variety of industriesNavigating multiple systems to resolve inquiries related to funding, billing, interchange, and payment operationsConsistently meeting sales goals, service metrics, and performance expectationsRequired Qualifications:2+ years of Merchant Services or Contact Center Sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Experience in call center sales, financial services, or product/service-based salesMerchant Services or payments industry experienceOutbound sales or pipeline management experienceBilingual Spanish skills are a strong plusExperience supporting inbound customer service callsKnowledge of financial document processing, regulatory disclosures, and complianceStrong problem-solving and consultative needs-assessment skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsComfort navigating multiple systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft OfficeA track record of meeting sales targets, KPIs, deadlines, and production goalsJob Expectations:Schedule between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST, Monday–FridayHybrid work model: Remote Monday & Friday; in-office Tuesday–ThursdayThis position is not eligible for visa sponsorshipPosting End Date:9 May 2026*Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.We Value Equal OpportunityWells Fargo is an equal opportunity employer.
