CEIS | Power is currently looking for a Training Program Developer for one of our top clients in Arizona.Training Program Developer — Contract | Phoenix, AZ (On-Site)We're working with a major energy organization in the Phoenix area to find a contract Training Program Developer/Instructional Designer to build out a comprehensive project manager training program for their Capital Projects team.This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on taking a wealth of existing knowledge and materials and turning them into something structured, polished, and scalable. The content is there — what's needed is the expertise to organize it and bring it to life.What You'll Be DoingConducting discovery conversations with subject matter experts to understand existing materials and organizational needsDeveloping and organizing onboarding checklists, training slides, and system access documentationBuilding differentiated training tracks for new external hires and internal transfers at varying experience levels (PM 1 through PM 4)Creating qualification cards to demonstrate competency in project lifecycle milestones like kickoff meetings and constructability reviewsStructuring a cohesive, repeatable training program from materials that currently exist but lack organization and implementation strategyWhat We're Looking ForCapital projects execution experience — industrial or plant background required; this is not a general training roleStrong ability to work independently, conduct discovery conversations, and translate knowledge into polished deliverablesDeep understanding of project lifecycle methodologiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; this role is built around face-to-face collaborationMust be available 40 hours per week, fully on-site in Phoenix — no remote or hybridPreferred / Nice-to-HavePMP certification strongly preferredExperience with CBT software (tools that convert PowerPoint into automated training modules)Familiarity with Maximo or similar enterprise project/asset management systemsBackground in power generation or utilitiesLocal to Phoenix strongly preferred; per diem considered for the right candidateContract DetailsFull-time, 40 hrs/weekOn-site in Phoenix, AZThe company is an equal opportunity employer and will consider all applications without regards to race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information or any characteristic protected by law.
