Join us and be part of a company that is setting standards and redefining the customer experience in beauty.- 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or similar finance roles- Experience supervising or leading AP staff (1-2 direct reports preferred)- Advanced Excel skills and high attention to detail- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities- Experience with NetSuite and Airbase systems is highly preferred- Comfortable resolving purchase order discrepancies and vendor inquiries- Understanding of AP accruals, reconciliations, and expense report processing- Familiarity with sales tax coding (HST, VAT) and tax compliance- Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to improving processes- Takes ownership of work and prioritizes accuracy and timeliness- Legally able to work in the US without sponsorship
