Sr Accounting Manager

**4 days onsite Nashville, TN**Job Description:We’re partnering with a fast-growing healthcare organization that’s looking to bring on a Sr. Manager, Accounting to help stabilize and improve a recently acquired team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll step in, build structure, and help the team scale as the business continues to grow.Preferred Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting required (Master's degree preferred)5+ years of accounting experience with strong month-end close ownershipPrevious experience as an Accounting Manager or above with team supervisionSomeone who’s a strong operator — can build structure, improve processes, and get a team up to speedSolid experience with GL accounting, Excel, and ERP systems (Workday is a plus)Healthcare experience is a plus, but not requiredWhat you’ll be doing:Own and manage the month-end close process and help shorten/streamline the close cycleReview and approve journal entries, accruals, and reconciliationsOversee general ledger accuracy and ensure timely financial reportingAct as a key partner to leadership on process improvements and operational efficiencyManage and develop a small team of accountants (including remote team members)Support audits and ensure strong internal controls and best practices
