Coverage Needed July 8, 2023- Ongoing 3 providers needed Schedule July 8 & 9 - nights July 17 - 21 - days Jul 29 & 30- days Sept 1 - 4 days & nights Sept 9 & 10 - nights Sept 14 - 24 days Sept 29 - Oct 1 days Oct 2- 7 nights Oct 9 - 15 days Oct 23 - 29 days Nov 10 - Nov 26 - days Dec 1 - 3 days Dec 18 - Jan 1 nights Dec 21 - Jan 1 - days Day shift: 7AM - 5PM with night back up calls Night shift: 5PM - 7AM (next day) with day back up calls Clinical Details Inpatient/ Outpatient 10-20 patients per shift 25 beds in department Level 2 Trauma MSIC, CVIU,CICU Requirements Active IN License Board Certified DEA CSR Fellowship required ATLS Support Staff 3 RN's 3 PA/NP 2 Office Staff EMR Cerner
